Project Background

The client wanted to demonstrate how to repair its products to repair centers.

Course Highlights

I worked the subject matter expert to determine each step of the repair process and the tools needed to complete the repair. I produced and recorded the SME going through each step of the repair, and added on screen text and audio to enhance the learning. I also created a downloadable job aid for learner reference.

MY WORK

I worked the SME to determine each step of the repair process and the tools needed to complete the repair. I developed the videos in Adobe Premiere. During development, I collaborated with several SMEs to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
