Scenario-Based Objection Handling

Project Background
This client wanted to train their sales people how to effectively handle objections to their product in order to increase sales.
Course highlights
Using a combination of video, animation, and diagnostic scenarios, I designed and developed the script to enable sales people to handle common objections from prospects. The learner was immersed in an animated scenario, extrapolated what he learned about the customer’s objection, and made a decision from several choices.

MY WORK
I developed the course including the diagnostic scenarios and script. I developed the e-learning in Storyline, and used Adobe Creative Cloud for the animation, video, and graphics. During development, I collaborated with several SMEs to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
